Moore, ''You're Ugly, Too''
Dr. Jerz, how are we supposed to read the stories, if there aren't any links. We were supposed to buy them?
Posted by: Sue at March 29, 2005 5:09 PMYes, Sue, these are all in the anthology that was available at the bookstore at the beginning of the year.
Posted by: Dennis G. Jerz at March 29, 2005 5:18 PMDo you mean at the beginning of the year, in the fall, or at the beginning of the spring semester, because I wasn't here last semester, so if you only had them available last semester, that doesn't help me at all. Do you know if any of the stories are available online?
Posted by: Sue at March 29, 2005 8:48 PMI mean the beginning of 2005. Some of the older stories may be online, but the newer ones almost certainly aren't, since they are still protected by copyright. I haven't looked for any of them online, though, so who knows what you might find. The bookstore may still have a copy, and you may be able to get a copy from Barnes and Noble.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but my Trackback doesn't seem to be leading back to this page... My understanding was that if I included the URL of this page, my entry would show up... Am I doing something wrong or is my understanding off?
Posted by: John Haddad at March 30, 2005 4:57 PMJohn, if you set your blog up according to the instructions at http://blogs.setonhill.edu/nmj/tutorial/ you should be good to go. But if that doesn't work out, then posting a comment here with a link to your entry will help.
Posted by: Dennis G. Jerz at March 30, 2005 5:01 PMTrackbacking! Mine don't seem to want to work, though I did the tutorial, so I'll just post my links...

Ok, I was wondering if I could do a presentation on The Half Skinned Steer for class, its from the short stories, since you said we could pick one and talk about it.
