I am so Lonely

Your absence has gone through me Like thread through a needle. Everything I do is stitched with its color.

I like this poem because it is short and sweet. Yet it still manages to convey loneliness and sorrow without going into great detail. We don't have to sit and analyze every single word because the author gets straight to the point. It still has an emotional effect which you wouldn't, at least I wouldn't normally expect from four short lines, but it does. I think it's great and not to mention time saving
