I had no Idea

Hamilton, Essential Literary Terms (68-97) -- Jerz: EL150 (Intro to Literary Study)

I had no clue that so much went into writing a piece of literature. I mean obviously I know it's not easy but their is alot to be considered when writing. How you write the words, what words you actually use, the order in which you put the words. I hadn't realized it was all so precise.

I often feel the same way, even now, after studying literature in quite a bit of depth for over a year and a half. It really makes you respect writers more doesn't it? It took some brilliant people to come up with all of these things that we now consider when writing and reading different works.
