My name is Lauren Miller and I am a freshman at Seton Hill University. This is my third and final blogging portfolio for EL150: Introduction to Literary Study. In my first blogging portfolio, I mentioned that I was learning the essential skill of arguing. In my second blogging portfolio, I realized that I could not always argue a point about every text we read. In this blogging portfolio, I am simply content that I learned how to do a close reading and how to analyze the text for what it was (whether it was arguable or not). Though this blog entry signifies the end of EL150, do not be surprised if you see my name pop up on this website every once in a while. Whether it is through the Spanish Club blog, an entry about a piece of literature for a different class, or simply an outburst of my thoughts on life, you will hear from me again. And you thought I was gone for good… :-P

Timeliness
This is pretty unacceptable, but none of my entries were on time for this portfolio. :-( Whether it was sheer laziness or my awful memory, none of them passed the 24 hour test. Most were all completed the day before the class discussion; they just were not completed by 11:00 a.m.
