i'm just a literary tease, my reputation's on its knees.

So Incredibly Close...

January 12, 2006

So I'll be presenting on this in Senior Seminar tomorrow, but if anyone is interested:

Literary Tease is the home o the electronic version of my senior portfolio.

If you check it out, let me know what you think!

(by the way - if you have dial-up, don't even bother! I'll be posting the slow kids version later)

Moira, I saw a splash page when I clicked the link, but I didn't see anything to click on or otherwise do once I was there. Did I miss something?

Once the splash page loads, you can click anywhere to take you through the presentation. It is not going to be nearly as effective as the in-class presentation, but you can at least check out my links. I'm definitely interested in your thoughts since a big chunk was inspired by writing for the internet! :c)

Ah -- my pointer didn't turn from an arrow into a hand, so I didn't think there was anything clickable on the splash page. (You may remember from "Writing for the Internet" that I'm not too fond of spash pages!)

Since I don't think visually, I always appreciate the design work of someone who thinks visually *and* textually, as you do.

Looks like you had fun with this!

Very nice! I like how you incorporate your blog entries in Europe. I was going to do something similar on my site: onedismalpoet.net Thank you for the inspiration!

Dr. J - I do remember the anti-splash pages stance on WFTI ;c) I'll have a different start page up there soon, especially since I always want to give a heads up to the folks who still have slow internet access (like me!). But I did have fun with this!! :c)

Evan - Thanks for the comments! I'm glad you like. :c) (P.S. Hey - do we have any classes together this semester??)
