What is your favorite reality television show??

I swear... nowadays our television set's consist of reality shows. Well, I am obsessed with shows like these. As you all know I love the Newlyweds, but I have plenty of others I enjoy. I spend most of my time in front of a television set. As of right now I am typing up this blog and on my left is my tv with The Real World on (my second favorite show). Before I started watching the Real World, I watched the ultimate Superbowl game, GO PATRIOTS! I LOVE YOU TOM BRADY! (Sorry for the little input)

I think that MTV shows the most reality shows out there. I can make a list of shows off the top of my head.

The Simple Life, FRIENDS, Newlyweds, Real World, Road Rules, The Bachelor, Survivor, The Apprentice, The Simpsons, and The Family Guy, just to name a few...

How many hours do people regularly watch television? I am going to investigate into this situation. According to this random website I found on Google, KPSG issued results that stated 27% of people watch 1-2 hours per day of television.

If I would take my own survey... I believe that people watch way more television than that.

**How many hours a day do you watch television?
**What is your favorite reality television show?

Send me a comment and tell me your answer!

Stefanie, according to that poll, only 20% of respondents watch less than one hour of TV per day, and 20% watch more than 5 hours a day. I suppose it's possible to do your laundry and maybe eat while the TV is on, but how can anyone possibly watch that much TV? The sponsoring website is "First Kidman Park Scout and Guide Group," and the age range is 5-18. So these are supposedly kids who are interested in outdoor and group activities -- I wonder if a random sampling of kids whould catch even more couch potatoes.

I hate all reality television, and in saying that, most television out there. I only watch the cathode-ray tube when a good flick is on.

Well let's see. When I'm bored, I watch TV or pick up a book instead of doing homework. I know that's terrible, but it happens. That said. I don't really have a reality TV show that I watch on a regular basis. I do, however, religiously watch Charmed, One Tree Hill, and Gilmore Girls. Hope this helped!

hey, I'm sorry to say but I think that reality shows are really dumb. They never work out anyway, I mean look at The Bachelor, Joe Millionair, Average Joe. Also, they aren't reality. Have you ever noticed that on Bachelor and all such shows the girls are always tall, skinny, and gorgious, the guys are tall dark and handsome, either sex has any flaws, well, physical ones anyway. Reality shows should show average people. Tv is way overrated. Like Tiffany said, yeah, its easy to go watch when you get bored, but there really are other, better, things to do out there.
I hope you didn't take to much offense to this. :)

OK, I've felt guilty for a couple days because I didn't 'fess up. When I was a grad student, I watched COPS whenever I could. COPS and Babylon 5 were the only shows we really made time to watch together. (Though I recall watching a lot of Home Improvement and The Simpsons when they first started reruns 5 days a week.)

Haha! The Simpsons will always be one of my favorites, whether I watch them regularly or not (eh, right now I don't...) because we always watched some random episode of The Simpsons while we piled make-up on for theatrical productions at my school. Kind of dangerous to laugh while you're putting on eyeliner...

I don't have much time for television that much, I watch 3 hours a day, then after 3 hours I turn off the TV and do other stuff with my freetime like reading, exercising.
