On The Road To A Healthy Start

healthy.bmp Since my entry on New Year's Resolutions, I have to announce that one particular resolution did not follow through. Losing weight and feeling great! My boyfriend will finally be arriving home soon from Kuwait and I don't feel pumped up enough for him to see me. I wanted to impress him or make him stand in Ahh. Plus, I need to start eating "normal."

My friend Steph and I decided that we wanted to join a local gym, Westmoreland Athletic Club. If you go onto their website, you can receive a 1 free week at the gym. For only $59 a month, you get many benefits plus free unlimited tanning!

My goal (if I enjoy WAC and continue there) is to lose inches around my behind, thighs, and under my chin on my face. Plus I would like to lose my love chunks (love handles). And also lose 15-20lbs.

1. Don't skip breakfast or lunch (Karissa, haha).
2. Quit eating BAD foods (I am addicted to chocolate).
3. Exercise daily besides Tap Dancing Class days.
4. Quit eating after 7 pm.
5. Eating smaller portions.
6. Get off my lazy butt and do something with myself!!

Since I took up Tap Dancing at school, I have felt the need to get myself into shape and quit huffing and puffing everytime I walked around school. I will admit though, I am addicted to food.

I'll keep everyone updated on the status of the gym. We plan to start this week or next week. Time to pump up some iron!
